Pekka Tolvanen Oy has been operating in the Sea Lapland area for 40 years. The company was founded by Pekka Tolvanen in 1975, today the company is already operating in the second generation.

Our office is located in Kemi Ritikka industrial area. Our company’s services include civil engineering and earthmoving, maintenance services, green and garden construction, and winter maintenance.
